Perranzabuloe Parish Council (PPC) is committed to conducting business in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards. The integrity of our members , staff and those with whom we do business, is critical to our success.

Council byelaws under section 164 of the Public Health Act 1875 and sections 12 and 15 of the Open Spaces Act 1906 with respect of pleasure grounds.

The Localism Act 2011 requires Perranzabuloe Parish Council (PPC) to adopt a Code of Conduct for Members.

Local Government publicity is guided by the Code of Recommended Practice on Local Authority Publicity. The code is statutory guidance & therefore Councils must have regard to it & follow its provisions.

Perranzabuloe Parish Council is committed to fostering effective engagement with residents, partners, employees, & stakeholders.

The Council has adopted a procedure for the handling of complaints.

This policy sets out the procedure to ensure there is compliance with legislation & continuity of procedures in the co-option of members to Perranporth Parish Council.

This policy and supporting procedures are designed to promote and maintain compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act.
