The Perranzabuloe Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) is ‘made’. On the 4th of November 2024, our NDP came into force as part of the statutory development plan for the area.
Decision
“That the Perranzabuloe Neighbourhood Development Plan, having been approved by more than half of those voting at referendum held on 3 October 2024, is made and is used, as part of the development plan for Cornwall, in development management decisions in the parish of Perranzabuloe, pursuant to section 38A (4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.”
