Come and see the plans for the new Community Space for Perranporth!

The Parish Council has been working hard on the project to replace the old Lloyd’s Bank building with a great new space for the benefit of local residents. The library and parish council offices will be located on the ground floor and this will create a great community space for all kinds of activities. There will be residential housing above which will fund the development work.

We would love everyone to come along and see the plans and let us know what you think of the dual purpose use of this building from a practical perspective as well as giving us feedback on the various design options. We look forward to sharing the architectural ideas and hearing your input.

We are incredibly excited to present the plans of this great new facility to you before the planning permission stage. Please come along to the events where councillors who are members of the project team and the architects will be available to answer your questions.
