This opportunity offers a 3-year licence for a temporary seasonal coffee shop. Operating between March and October, the outlet is perfectly suited to take advantage of the busy surrounding area.

The promotion of nutritious food and beverages is encouraged. Commitment to circular economy principles (reducing waste, recycling, no single use plastics, sustainability). A willingness to collaborate with PPC to maintain the skatepark as a safe and vibrant community space is appreciated.

LEASE TERMS:
A term of three years is offered. At the expiration of each Season in every year of the Term the Tenant is to remove their temporary structure and anything else placed on the site by the Tenant.
