Water Test Results
We are currently working with Surfers Against Sewage to monitor the water quality of the Bolingey Stream as it enters Perranporth Beach. Testing is done weekly on a Monday, and results are usually received on Friday. The latest results are available below.

Perranporth Beach is the main bathing beach serving the parish and is monitored each year as part of the Environment Agency’s bathing water programme. The annual classification shown below provides a clear indication of water quality based on testing carried out during the bathing season.
Penhale Sands
Penhale Sands Beach forms part of the wider coastal area monitored under the national bathing water programme. The annual classification displayed below summarises the results of Environment Agency testing carried out during the official bathing season.
