Would you like to join our friendly Parish Council team? We are looking for an experienced Admin Officer to support the Parish Clerk in the busy office at Ponsmere Valley with a range of varied tasks and interesting daily challenges.
The Parish Council is expanding and working on several exciting community projects including the installation of a new skate park. The Parish Council owns and manages Perranporth Beach as well as play parks in Perranporth and Goonhavern and has taken over the management of the library from Cornwall Council.
Key skills include excellent written, administrative and organisational abilities, confidence in using initiative to solve problems, good IT skills, a friendly and helpful approach to responding to public enquiries and a willingness to work flexibly.
