Members of the public are welcome to join us for any of these meetings and there will be opportunities to make comments in the public participation session at the beginning of the Full Council meetings and some of the committee meetings.

NB – As of May 2023 we have reduced the number of committees by merging the Public Spaces Committee and the Services Committee. Agendas and minutes for the new ‘Public Spaces & Services Committee’ can be found at the bottom of this page. All the historic  documentation relating to the previous committees is still available here.
