Minutes & Agendas

***  Please note that there will be no further face-to-face Parish Council meetings until further notice due to Covid-19. If you would like to join a virtual meeting, please contact the Clerk for joining instructions. ***

We have however put in place a system for deciding planning applications so that we can continue to receive comments from the public and come to a democratic decision on each application.

New process for deciding Planning Applications
Perranzabuloe Parish Council has agreed to manage planning applications by following the Planning Committee Coronavirus Procedure.

Perranzabuloe Parish Council will publish below an ‘Invitation to Comment’ on current planning applications scheduled for review at the next meeting to members of the public. This invitation will be published 8 working days prior to the meeting.

Members of the public will have 5 working days to provide comments back to the council. A clear deadline will be published with each Invitation to Comment.

All comments from members of the public shall be submitted to the clerk of the planning committee at the following email address office@perranzabuloe-pc.gov.uk by the requested deadline.

Comments provided will be issued to councillors along with the agenda, 3 working days prior to the Planning Committee Meeting.

Minutes of the Planning Committee meetings will be published as normal in the minutes section below.

This is the portal for access to all the Parish Council’s meeting minutes and agenda documents.
