Dozens of residents attended two consultation last month to consider plans for developing the old Lloyds Bank building in Boscawen Road to provide a community hub and residential dwellings. The project team were available to answer questions as well as the architect who has been working closely with the council to come up with proposals for the best use for this space. Residents were generally very supportive and expressed their preference for the design option they favoured. The display boards are now available online and a summary of the responses will be posted shortly. Take a look at the plans.

I fully support the community hub project and think it will be great for Perranporth . I think the disabled toileting proposal is very good for the community, speaking as the husband of a wheelchair user.
