Perranzabuloe Parish Council has agreed to manage planning applications by following the Planning Committee Coronavirus Procedure.

We will publish an ‘Invitation to Comment’ on current planning applications scheduled for review at the next meeting to members of the public on the parish website. This invitation will be published 8 working days prior to the meeting.

Members of the public will have 5 working days to provide comments back to the council. A clear deadline will be published with each Invitation to Comment.

All comments from members of the public shall be submitted to the clerk of the planning committee at the following email address office@perranzabuloe-pc.gov.uk by the requested deadline.

Comments provided will be issued to councillors along with the agenda 3 working days prior to the Planning Committee Meeting.

Minutes of the Planning Committee meetings will be published, as normal on the meetings page on this site.
